C118 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the c118 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. c118 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c118 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the c118 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The c118 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full c118 service, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. c118 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact the c118 support team at [email protected] immediately. You are also required to notify us of any changes to your registered personal information.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the c118 platform agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or in breach of these terms. The following activities are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or operate the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt c118's systems, servers, or networks.
- Sharing an account with another party or transferring account ownership.
- Providing false information during the registration or identity verification process.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through unfair methods.
C118 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the c118 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legally theirs and do not involve any unlawful activity.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Malaysian online banking and e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the current policies stated in the user account section and may change from time to time.
C118 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing until the required identity verification (KYC) process has been completed. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe, depending on the chosen payment method.
Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. c118 is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
C118 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, processing delays, or factors beyond our control, including internet outages and natural disasters.
C118's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
C118 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any valid remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned once the investigation is complete and no serious breach has been confirmed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the c118 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of c118 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from c118.
The c118 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. c118 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
C118 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Malaysian law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
